  沧州幼儿师范高等专科学校是经河北省人民政府批准成立、教育部备案的公办全日制普通高等学校,实施专科层次教育。她是一所富有光荣革命传统的历史名校,其前身为1925年9月建校的“直隶省立第九师范学校”;新中国成立后,更名为“河北泊头师范学校”;2000年7月,更名为沧州师范专科学校泊头分校,开始招收全日制专科生,举办大学专科教育;2009年4月,升格改建为泊头职业学院;2021年5月,更名为“沧州幼儿师范高等专科学校”。自建校以来,学校文化薪火相传,形成了良好的校风、教风、学风,为河北省乃至全国培养了大批优秀人才,为民族解放、新中国诞生以及社会主义建设事业做出了令人瞩目的贡献,被誉为“津南革命的策源地”、“沧州黄埔”。
  学校座落于素有“中国铸造名城”“汽车模具之乡”“中国鸭梨第一乡”之称的泊头市,东临渤海,北依京津,交通便利,古老的大运河穿城而过。学校占地571亩,建筑面积17.6万平米,固定资产总值6.6亿元。主校区位于泊头市中心解放西路150号,建有4栋教学楼、4栋实训楼、9栋学生公寓、4座学生餐厅、办公楼、图书馆、高标准体育场等。校园环境优美,绿化率达40%以上,绿树葱茏,芳草含碧,百花飘香,亭台楼阁掩映其间,被河北省政府命名为花园式学校、省级绿色学校,是兴学育人的理想场所。
  学校的办学目标是以教育类专业为主导,以经济管理类、装备制造类、艺术社会服务类专业为辅翼,立足沧州及渤海新区,面向全省,辐射环渤海区域,服务于京津冀一体化,服务区域经济发展,坚持应用型、开放式、有特色、高水平的办学定位,构建多元化人才培养体系,为社会培养大批高素质技术技能型人才,为地方经济社会发展提供智力支撑和人力资源保障。
  学校专业门类齐全、特色鲜明。设有学前教育系、小学教育系、艺术系、经济管理系、信息工程系、马克思主义教学部、公共教学部等教学单位,设有党政办公室、组织宣传统战部、人事处、计财处、纪检监察处等行政管理机构。开设有有学前教育、早期教育、婴幼儿托育服务与管理、小学教育、特殊教育、艺术教育、室内艺术设计、电子商务、计算机网络技术、大数据与会计等16个专业,形成了以“幼、小、电、艺”为特色的四大专业群办学格局。其中,学前教育专业是学校办学主打专业、沧州市品牌专业、河北省专科层次首批骨干专业,位居河北省一流水平,在河北省学前教育专业技能大赛中多次荣获团体一等奖。大数据与会计、学前教育2个专业教师教学团队获省级职业教育专业教师教学创新团队。2022年学校被省教育厅遴选为“省域高水平高职学校和高水平专业群”“省域高水平学前教育产教融合基地”立项建设单位。
  学校现有10000余名在校生,教职员工600余人,专任教师近500人,来自各行业一线的兼职教师100余人。拥有高级职称的教师98人、硕士以上学位的教师136人,双师素质专任教师占比达到51%。学校大力开展“职教大讲堂”“青蓝工程”“青年教师教学技能大赛”,着力提升教师的师德修养与教学技能,锻造了一支“师德高尚、业务精湛、技能娴熟、结构合理”的教师队伍。
  学校图书馆为四层独立建筑,面积2987㎡,馆藏纸质图书43.8万余册,电子图书数万余册,中外期刊600余种。学校精心营造温馨优雅的读书环境、浓厚的书香氛围,让学生在书山奋力攀登,在学海自由徜徉,在书香校园文化的氛围中快乐学习、健康成长。
  学校坚持以就业为导向,以培养“博学身正、业精技硬”的实用性教育人才为目标,坚持“产教融合、校企合作、工学结合”的人才培养模式,注重学生综合素养的提升,专业教育突出“专业化和实践性”教育特色,实行学生实用知识和应用技能的“双教育”、全面和特长的“双培养”,做人和学习的“双塑造”。近几年,学生就业率及用人单位满意度都达到了90%以上,获得了良好的社会评价。
  近几年,学校先后获得全国高校共享就业工作优秀组织单位、全国1+X证书制度试点单位、河北省师范类专业认证(学前教育专科专业)试点单位、河北省教育先进集体、河北省高校众创空间联盟成员单位、沧州市学前教育产教联盟牵头单位、沧州市职业院校学前教育专业技能大赛主办单位、沧州市幼儿园教师公费培养项目承办单位,沧州市“文明校园”、先进领导集体、教学实绩突出单位、“思想政治工作先进单位”“征兵工作先进单位”“五四红旗团委”“安全卫生先进集体”等荣誉称号。
  学校持续推进制度建设,不断完善人才培养内部质量保证体系,加快智慧化校园建设,推行后勤服务社会化改革。大力改善校园环境,着力提升校园文化品味。建设了高标准的综合实训大楼,配备了全国领先、全省一流的专业实训器材;升级改造学生公寓,实施标准化公寓管理。实施校园环境“提档升级”工程,办学质量和管理水平不断提高。

  Cangzhou Preschool Teachers’ College is a public full-time higher education institution approved by the People's Government of Hebei Province and registered with the Ministry of Education, which implements specialized education. It is a prestigious historical school with a glorious revolutionary tradition. Its predecessor was the "Zhili Provincial Ninth Normal School" established in September 1925. After the founding of People’s Republic of China in 1949, it was renamed "Hebei Botou Normal School". In July 2000, it became Botou Campus of Cangzhou Teachers College and began offering college education and admitting full-time college students. In April 2009, it was upgraded to Botou Vocational College. In May 2021, it was renamed "Cangzhou Preschool Teachers’ College". Since its establishment, it has created strong school ethos and teaching & learning spirit and passed down from generation to generation. It has trained a large number of outstanding talents for Hebei Province and even the whole nation, and made remarkable contributions to the cause of national liberation, the birth of New China and socialist construction. It won great reputation as "Cradle of Revolution in South Tianjin" and "Huangpu Military Academy in Cangzhou ".
  The school is located in Botou City, known as the "Famous Foundry City ", "Home of Auto Molds" and "First Town of Yali Pear" in China. It faces the Bohai Sea to the east, borders on Beijing and Tianjin to the north, and enjoys convenient transportation with the ancient Grand Canal passing through. The school covers an area of 571 mu (94 acres), with a construction area of 176,000 square meters and a total fixed assets of CNY 660 million. The main campus is located at No. 150 Jiefang West Road downtown Botou City. There are 4 teaching buildings, 4 training buildings, 9 student apartments, 4 student cafeterias, office buildings, libraries, high-standard stadiums, etc. The campus is beautiful, with a greening rate of 40%. Green grass, lush trees and fragrant flowers are dotted with pavilions and terraces. It was awarded “garden school” and “green school” by the Hebei Provincial Government. What an ideal place for running school and educating people!
  The school-running goal is to take education majors as the lead, supplemented by other majors like economic management, equipment manufacturing, art and social service. Based in Cangzhou and the Bohai New Urban District, it radiates the whole Hebei province and the Bohai Rim region, serves the coordinated economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration. The school holds fast to application-oriented and open-door policy to run a specialized high-level college with distinctive and diversified talent training system. Till now, it has cultivated a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents for the society, guaranteeing intellectual support and human resources for local economic and social development.
  The school has a wide range of majors with distinctive characteristics. The administrative institutions are Office of Party and Government Affairs, Office of Organization Publicity and United Front Work, the Personnel Office, Accounting and Finance Office, Discipline Inspection & Supervision Office, etc.. The teaching institutions are the Department of Preschool Education, the Department of Primary Education, the Department of Art, the Department of Economic Management, the Department of Information Engineering, the Department of Marxism Teaching, and the Department of Public Course Teaching. There are 16 majors such as preschool education, early education, childcare service and management, primary education, special education, art education, interior art design, e-commerce, computer network technology, big data and accounting etc.. Among them, preschool education, primary education, e-commerce and art are the featuring “Big Four” professional groups .It’s worth mentioning that preschool education is the leading major of the school , a brand major in Cangzhou City and one of the first batch of college-level backbone majors in Hebei Province .It ranks first class for the team competition in the Hebei Provincial Preschool Education Professional Skills Competition. Two teaching teams of big data & accounting and preschool education are awarded the provincial innovative teaching team for vocational education professional teachers. In 2022, the school was selected by Hebei Provincial Department of Education as a project construction unit for "provincial high-level vocational colleges and high-level professional groups" and "provincial high-level integration base between industry and preschool education ".
  There are currently about 10,000 students and 600 faculty members ( 500 full-time teachers and 100 part-time teachers from industries) . There are 98 teachers with senior professional titles and 136 teachers with master's degrees or doctor’s. The proportion of full-time teachers with dual qualifications reaches 51%. The school vigorously carries out the "Vocational Education Lecture Hall", "Blue-Green Project" and "Young Teachers' Teaching Skills Competition", focusing on improving teachers' professional ethics and teaching skills, and forging a well-structured high-caliber teaching staff with high moral integrity and excellent teaching skills.
  The school library is a four-story independent building with an area of 2,987 square meters. It has a collection of more than 438,000 paper books, tens of thousands of e-books, and 600 kinds of Chinese and foreign periodicals. Great care has been taken to create a cozy and hearty reading environment, allowing students to climb the mountains of books and sail in the sea of learning just to feel free and full.
  The school adheres to the employment-oriented concept, and aims to cultivate practical talents with "extensive knowledge, high morality , and professional skills". The talent cultivation model is based on production-education integration, school-enterprise cooperation, and combination of work and study so as to improve the students' comprehensive competences. Professionalization and practicality are the highlights and characteristics during the professional education which implement the "dual education" of practical knowledge and application skills, the "dual cultivation" of comprehensive competences and strength proficiency , and the "dual shaping" of moral integrity and learning. In recent years, the employment rate of graduates and the satisfaction of employers have both reached over 90% which means the school has received positive social evaluation.
  In recent years, the school has received such honors as Excellent Organizational Unit for National Higher Education Shared Employment Work, Pilot Unit for National 1+X Certificate System, Pilot Unit for Teacher Education Professional Certification (College Preschool Education) in Hebei Province, Advanced Education Collective in Hebei Province, Member Unit of Hebei University Maker Space Alliance, Leading Unit of Cangzhou Preschool Education Industry-Education  Integration Alliance, and Host Unit of Cangzhou Vocational College Preschool Education Professional Skills Competition, the undertaker of the public funded training project for kindergarten teachers in Cangzhou ,   and Cangzhou Municipal Civilized Campus, Advanced Collective Leadership, Outstanding teaching Achievements, Exemplary Unit of Ideological and Political Work, Exemplary Unit of Conscription Work, May 4th Red Flag Youth League Committee, Advanced Collective for Safety and Health Work, etc.
  The school continues to strengthen institutional construction, constantly improve the internal quality assurance system for talent cultivation, accelerate the construction of a smart campus, and implement the socialization of logistics services. Great efforts are taken to promote the campus environment and enhance its cultural taste. The high-standard comprehensive training building is equipped with first-class professional training facilities .The student apartments are renovated and implemented standardized apartment management. The campus has been renovated too. The quality of school-running and level of management have been continuously improved.
